Self-Levelling Mortar Rapid Curing PMMA Technology is a 3-component, fast-reactive, flexibilised and filled PMMA-based (polymethyl methacrylate) self-levelling mortar.

This is a fast curing, versatile technology that is applied quickly and easily to almost all substrates, providing an ideal, solvent-free solution for deck, walkway and laydown areas on offshore platforms. It’s also suited to creating run offs in unwanted water pooling areas and can be applied at sub-zero temperatures.

This Rapid Curing PMMA Technology is extremely versatile in that it can be used as waterproofing protection, thick-film layer
and equalising layer. The Self-Levelling Mortar protects the waterproofing layer against the impact of traffic on account of its load-distributing effect (protective layer). In the case of areas subject to mechanical loads and that are either free from cracks or have only hairline cracks, it is used as a thick-film coating without the waterproofing layer. Furthermore it is used as an equalising mortar to level out areas of damage and up to 10mm height differences.

The Self-Levelling Mortar is designed for quick and easy application to almost all substrates and it fully bonds, ensuring there are no flow paths for water.

Self-Levelling Mortar Rapid Curing PMMA Technology is designed to:

  • Be versatile. It can be used as waterproofing protection, thick-film layer and equalising layer
  • Protect areas exposed to mechanical loads
  • Fully bond to the substrate ensuring there are no flow paths for water
  • Cure rapidly
  • Safely, easily and quickly apply – even at sub-zero temperatures
  • Apply to almost all substrates
  • Cost-efficient solution for surfacing floor areas
  • Solvent-free
