Live Leak Sealing Pipe Repair Kits are packed with the technology to patch and seal leaks up to 3mm. The wheeled units are mobile and equipped for all environments.

There are 2 Live Leak Sealing Pipe Repair Kits available for high speed rapid repair of damaged pipework suffering the effects of corrosion, erosion or mechanical damage. ARC cold-applied metal repair composites are simple to use and can be applied by your maintenance engineers.

The 25 -100ml nominal bore kit includes:
ARC 5 ES Emergency Leak Sealing Putty Grade Coating – a 100% Solids, rapid curing “2 in 1” emergency patch and leak seal repair epoxy putty. It patches and seals leaks up to 3 mm (.125”) diameter and is easily applied by kneading together and press-affixing to the surface. It consists of a moisture tolerant formula that cures underwater and on damp surfaces;
ARC 5 Emergency Metal To Metal Repair Epoxy – a 100% solids, no VOCs multi-purpose durable repair composite. It’s ideal for pitted metal surfaces, leaking pipes, cracked valves and more, and it fares smooth pitted regions and cures to a hard film within 15 minutes.

The 100ml + nominal bore kit includes:
ARC 5 ES Emergency Leak Sealing Putty Grade Coating;
ARC 858 Rebuilding and Faring Composites – a 100% solids, thick film compound which is formulated to protect metal surfaces that are subjected to erosion, corrosion and chemical attack. It is a high build – single coat application that features no VOCs and no free isocyanate
