leaking holes detected in underground pipe equipment

Leaking holes - up to 3mm in diameter - were detected in the underground pipe equipment

ARC 10 Polymer Blend reinforced material is applied on top of ARC 5 ES for enhanced protection

ARC 10 Polymer Blend was applied after ARC 5 ES had cured. It's reinforced material, used with ARC 5 ES to protect the underground piping long term

ARC 5 ES Emergency Leak Sealing Putty Grade Coating is a rapid curing epoxy “putty” that quickly and effectively seals leaks.

This is a 100% Solids, “2 in 1” emergency patch and leak seal repair epoxy putty. ARC 5ES Putty Grade Coating patches and seals leaks up to 3 mm (.125”) diameter and is easily applied by kneading together and press-affixing to the surface. The putty’s moisture tolerant formula ensures that this versatile epoxy cures underwater and on damp surfaces. This ensures faster and easier application and is ideal for areas such as weld seams, water tanks and pitted castings. A 114 gram “stick” covers 20,00 cm² (3.10 in²).

ARC 5ES Emergency Leak Sealing Putty cures at temperatures as low as 4°C (40°F). This high viscosity application meets the requirements of NSF 61 for cold water service.

ARC 5 ES Emergency Leak Sealing Putty Grade Coating is designed to:

  • Patch and seal leaks up to 3mm (120 mil) diameter
  • Cure underwater and on damp surfaces
  • Meet the requirements of NSF 61 for cold water service
  • Easily apply by kneading together and press-affixing to surface

ARC 5 ES Emergency Leak Sealing Putty Grade Coating application areas include:

  • Pitted castings
  • Adhere signs
  • Patch radiators
  • Fiberglass pipe
  • Leaking battery cases
  • Water tanks
  • Electrical boxes
