ARC S1PW Moderate Chemical Resistant Coating is a ceramic reinforced thin film coating.

It protects structures against erosion, corrosion, and chemical attack.

ARC S1PW is a 100% solids, low viscosity technology which is certified for cold water service requiring NSF 61 certification. It provides high dielectric resistivity which allows spark testing per NACE SP0188.

This chemical and corrosion resistant Coating ensures a low surface energy to improve efficient flow while its excellent adhesion capabilities mean that there is no underfilm corrosion.

ARC S1PW Moderate Chemical Resistant Coating is designed to:

  • Provide excellent barrier protection against abrasion, corrosion and chemical attack
  • Provide extended wear and predictable maintenance
  • NSF 61 certified as a protective barrier layer for the internals of pumps, valves and fittings where potable water exposure exists and NSF certification is required
  • Safely and easily apply by brush, roller or spray
