ARC HT-S High Temperature Resistant Spray Coating is a ceramic reinforced abrasion epoxy.
It protects metal against mild abrasion, corrosion and erosion in elevated temperature immersion.
ARC High Temperature Spray Coating is a 100% solids glass/ceramic reinforced novolac epoxy lining for high temperature aqueous cold wall corrosion conditions. ARC HT-S incorporates fine-graded sizes of reinforcements which are permeation resistant, resistant to cold wall delamination and survives rapid decompression. It’s a strong, durable coating which offers long-term protection. It ensures high adhesive strength to metal and resists thermal-mechanical shock.
This temperature resistant coating delivers in-situ curing in service at elevated temperature, reducing downtime. HT-S is high voltage spark testable to NACE SP 0188.
ARC HT-S is a Spray Coating while ARC HT-T is a Trowel Grade Coating. Both get to work in elevated temperatures.
ARC HT-S High Temperature Resistant Spray Coating is designed to:
- Protect and upgrade new and old metal equipment
- Perform in immersed aqueous solution conditions up to 150°C (302°F)
- Replace exotic alloys, engineered plastics, ceramics, and conventional coatings
- Safely and easily apply by roller, brush, squeegee, or airless spray
ARC HT-S High Temperature Resistant Spray Coating application areas include:
- Oil/water separators
- Fans & housings
- Desalting vessels
- Oil/gas separators
- Offshore equipment
- Pumps
- Heat exchangers
