The MBX® is a powerful hand-held tool that easily and effectively removes rust, corrosion, oxidation, adhesives, undercoating, layers of paint, sealers, vinyl and dresses weld seams.

The technology is specially developed for automotive, transportation and rail industries. It performs with ease, even in hard-to-reach areas, achieving surface cleanliness levels greater than angle grinders and sanding discs, with the ability to roughen the surface for new coating adhesion.

With the MBX® there is no grinding or removal of the substrate material, and there’s no smearing or gumming up thanks to the minimal generation of heat.

The MBX® kit includes coarse, medium and fine belts to suit your application.

The Vinyl Zapper® quickly and effectively removes vinyl, adhesive residues, reflective decals, stickers, pinstripe and double-sided adhesive tape from acrylic paints on metal, wood and aluminium surfaces.

A specially engineered material consisting of a natural rubber base ensures no paintwork damage or smearing on the working surface despite a rotational operating speed of 3,500 rpm.

Due to the air cushion effect occurring when at operating speed, the Vinyl Zapper® runs smoothly and without vibration.

The Vinyl Zapper® is mounted onto an Adaptor system of 23 mm width and can either be used with the drive unit MBX® Pneumatic HD or Electric.
